    ok.. new info from the distributor that the FLGS is releasing to the clients:

     

    "Dear Customers,

    due to a technical issue we released and shipped the product “SWX52 - FFG - Star Wars X-Wing: Imperial Veterans Expansion Pack – EN” too early.

    If you already received this product please keep it contained until we contact you again (probably at the beginning of next week).
    It is not allowed to sell this product yet!"

    after a few clarifications

    "We received a wrong information.

    There is no release date 'til now.

    Please do not sell or show the product before you receive further information concerning the release date."

     

    So no imperial veterans until a few weeks... eventually... it will be released.

    That was my idea for ID ships and I will be doing that for most of my ties (yes I have a few). But for playing with a named pilot (for example wampa) I would like to have a different (and probably more elaborate) design on the wings.

    I'm doing a repaint of my tie fighters and I want to put a special symbol on one or two ties for a named pilot (like howlrunner) . Do you know of any squadron insignias images on the web?

    With one base set and a few troop expansions you will not need the second set for any epic map.

    With the reluctant allies variants even if you miss some figures you can still replaced with some figures from a few troop expansions figures. it's a good way to put more different types of troops in the field.

    Just set up a version control system and he can both work on it.

    One thing I cannot stable a windows version, only a linux or mac os.. still trying to get anothe machi to have a windows machine to develop stuff.

    For all my insertable units (Goblin Drummers and Horn Blowers) and the Iron Dwarves Bagpipers I've used a diferent color (yellow). This way on the battlefield I see the yellow I know I have to check the banner.

    I Don't have here pictures of those but if you want when I get home I can post some.
