Yog and the not delayed part will not really help you much unless you draw Missing People Return.
Clue for Sanity or Stamina is a situational thing... some times it good/ some times not... could be helpful in final battle vs certain AO though.
Can't think of anything either... I'm not sure but don't items stop granting their bonus when you unexhaust them? so no +10 from a one .357!

How about streets? or other boards, ie DW and have a rule if your not playing the other boards their at the train station... and yes a convict sarting the game arressted would be cool... maybe has to make some skill check to get out (but the poor guy may be in there the whole game!).

You want to know something funny... both of these cards are from the same set and that set is the base game... so would have thought this issue would have been addressed long ago.
@noth1ng there is no monster limit when the terror lv is ten... the AO awakes when there are twice the normal aloud monsters in Arkham.

Congrats! We got it on 2nd try... See signature for my results... you have trouble with the monster getting out of control? One point all five locations in DW hand Gates. Won by sealing or was it closing the last gate. He woke up our first game when he had zero ruble tokens on it.

ha ha nice but I would change his worshippers toughness bonus... seems to Shubby for me... what monster would worship this guy? beside all... Aquatic? Snake People?
the -6 with both resistance is kind of evil... one reason the Spider AO is hard -4 both resistance but then again you do get... what 6-7 turns with no one dying before before everyone does!
but every thing else looks good... use a mini Godzilla as the marker?
Now I got to make a Gamera Guardian!

No terror level increase because the card Happy Days says so... but there will be allot of monsters running around and the AO will most likely awake due to to many monsters.

The game should be out in May. As for going solo, it depends on how much you like to juggle. I personally hate having to keep track of every single thing and keeping with one play style. If I can pass something off to someone else I find it much more fun (especially when they try to pronounce words like R'hley) and having people with their own strategies adds more theme to the game (like having someone refuse to remove a curse from someone b/c they were due for a 1)
yes playing all those investigators solo is a pain... upkeep: arg!

or why not keep everything seperated... when you have a encounter you roll a die and then draw from the expansions set the die roll comes up with...
1: base
2: CotDP
etc

Arkham Horror is fun but sometimes the rules gt a little grey but that is also part of the fun... takes a few games to know what is really going on... I usally still have no idea what that is! lol

They just might after all they have epic battle cards that you need to have KH to use and Character plot cards that you need other expansions to use!

Game last night all five unstable locations in D hand gates... but we where only playing Base+ DH.

How about instead of not looking at their combat side... you draw another monster and fight it... i.e. there is a DHole... you engage it then draw a random monster i.e. a Cultist or Visa Versa... most people remember what the combat side is!
