[Can Elves or Dwarves use magic or blessings?]

In the rules thus far is there any way for Elves or Dwarves use magic or blessings? Become mages or priests.

The Blizzard and the inner region say you move only 1 space. So can you still roll too move only move one and gain the bennefit of the troll healing?

[Rune Sword & Sentinal, Pit Fiend, Drunken Farmer, werewolf, BArbarian, Dragon in the mines]

When you have the runesword and you can one of the on bridge creatures (where it doesnt specifically call them an enemy) due you gain a life?
