  1. I found it:

    "One exception to the rule about resolving Adventure Cards in
    encounter number order is that Adventure Cards with instructions
    that result in their being placed in a space other than
    the one where they were drawn are dealt with first, before any
    other Adventure Cards are resolved. If placed elsewhere, an
    Adventure Card does not affect the character who drew it at
    that time." (p.7)

    But still have no idea how the Ghost may appear on the SAME space where it is drawn.

    Q1: Can the Assassin assassinate any creature, regardless
    of whether or not it is drawn from the Adventure deck or
    already faceup on the space when he encounters it?
    A: Yes.

    There's no word about creatures from board spaces. Any ideas why?

    The correct sequence for encountering the Academy is as follows:

    1) Pay the chosen amount of gold for your training, in advance (3G, 6G, 9G, etc),

    2) Miss your next turn,

    3) Gain 1 point of Strength or Craft, at the end of your missed turn,

    4) Repeat steps 2+3 for every 3 gold you paid for your training.

    If the Academy is destroyed by the Earthquake or the Destruction or Displacement Spell is cast on the Academy, any further missed turns and Strength or Craft gains are forfeited, along with all of the gold you paid for the training!!!

    This same process applies to the Instructor.

     

    OK, but can I gain for exemple 1 Craft at the end of missed turn and next 1 Strength at the end of further missed turn (or only one sort of this attributes is receivable for the whole training)?


  4. But Ghoul can choose form of the combat. With 4 poins Craft at the start and taking the Enemy (strength) as followers he is good (but hard to play) character. Craft path in the Inner Region is the best solution for him. Think about strategy.

    One more question: Can I close/seal gate during this turn (at the Arkham Encouner Phase) when I come back to the Arkham from the OW?

    On a serious note, the Sage is fine as he is. Gaining a spell at the start of his turn but unable to cast it until his next turn.

    I thought that you may cast this Spell earlier - during another character’s turn. Am I wrong?
