i suggest you contact customer support and ask if you can buy a set of tiles, and explain why or even buy the individual tiles, when my clear dice from first edition descent was lost and i asked if i could buy a new one they sent me two for free.:)

They won't let you purchase replacements (I'm guessing because they don't want to deal with people constantly contacting them to buy "extra bits" for games.)  However, FFG's customer support is legendary when it comes to replacing lost or damaged bits of a game.  I'm not in a position to make promises, of course, but I don't imagine you'll have any difficulty getting replacement parts if you contact them and tell them which tiles you lost.

… And from now on you may want to leave the dog outside while you're playing Descent. =P

No, that sounds like the right place to sent the mail.  Have you not received a response?
