Telecinetic shlied vs Penetration

How about th Telecinetic shiled technique? My question is:

- Is it cummulative all kind of armors? (ex: Hexagrammatic)

- How does it effected by Penetration? A book said it can give AP against warp weapons, but does it negates the penetration of the weapon? (Normal weapons? Warp weapons? )

- When I calculate the penetration, sould I deal wtih is as a SUM, or should I handle it separately?

Armour rating is summed. In the case of an attack with the Warp special, only armour that protects against Warp attacks applies.

For example:

Hard Cover: armour 6 (applicable if a ranged attack on a location in cover)

Telekinetic shield: 5

carapace armour with hexagrammic wars: 6

Subskin armour: 2

Weapon AP: 6

Total against non Warp attacks : 13

Total against Warp attacks: 5
