In addition to what is stated in the design notes, I want to be clear that the character class/specialty details are designed to be modular. Thus Comrades, in or out, are the GM's option. Likewise, use of Regiment and Homeworld: GM's option. Use of discretionary/starting XP: GM option. Etc…
