Rate My 130 Point Squadrons

Hopefully playing a game of his tonight, with 2 on one side and 3 people on the other side. I've come up with these 2 squadrons which I think should make for a fun game.

There's enough ships for 2 each, and initiative should swap nicely between the factions each round.

What do you guys think?
