I totally stole this post from another site, thought it was cool.

Here is a list of SW starships with their in-game scale, using 1/270 scale (1cm : 2.70m) as described in FFG rulebook (p26). The starships are mostly from the Rebellion era but I have also included a few outdated models.
The ships available in the base game are highlighted in green, released or announced expansions in blue. The ships in each category are sorted by size.
Note that I have only added the length of the starships. The lambda shuttle, for instance, will probably be larger if you take the wingspan into account.

For me that really shows how wrong that size is for the Mouldy crow. If you watch the videos of the ship the cockpit is not much larger than the Falcons, and that takes up about 2/5 of the ship, there is no way they are similar lengths.

If they ever sold that 17' long scale Star Destroyer, I think I would have to buy it.

Well, to be fair, you would need several of them to fly support for the eventual release of the 231-foot long Super Star Destroyer Executor!

Considering that most of it's appearances are in video games that's no surprise; Star Wars video games always seem to have a problem with getting the stated length right with the in game appearance.

For the love of Talos

The Moldy Crow, by FFG, Is correct I have spent years deliberating over its size, finding as many reliable sources as I can. There are several cutscenes in the game that show the length correctly, and the in game length corresponds to it directly.

The writer of that awful book got it wrong, nobody else.

Yeah, at first I was a little concerned that the model didn't seem to match the supposed length, but seeing that FFG did it correctly makes me very happy. :)

I like the fact that a scale model of the death star could have pretty much every Xwing player in the world playing on it at the same time...ish.  Maybe the later death star that was bigger.

on the topic of Death Star:

https://petitions.wh...e-youre-looking

probably it won't be built soon. ;)

but you could perhaps hold an open air event and have a 600m diameter Death Star helium balloon tied above the playing field as a scenic piece..maybe hydrogen .. but that could lead to a too explosive party ...
