Playing both sides at tournaments?

Have we had any word on whether we will need one deck or both LS and DS for tournaments?

You will need both if I'm not mistaken.  I didn't play in the tournament at World's, but I think a round consists of two games versus the same opponent.

It would make sense to do a best of 3 back and forth with the person winning the initial roll deciding which faction he/she will start with.

3rd game will only be in the case of a tie breaker. To see what the tournament system is most likely to look like check out the Android: Netrunner tournament rules.

I'm betting it's 2/3 with switching between sides.
