Apologies if I've missed this somewhere, but are there any guidelines for typical experience awards in the rulebook? Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks.

A typical session (about 4-6 hours of gameplay) results in 10-15XP per player.

According to the final update…
The baseline is 15 XP for a session with 1-3 major and 2-3 minor encounters, but could instead be 10 or 20 for desired advancement speed. (W11 p13)
There is an additional 5 per session for playing one's motivations. (Beta, p. 190)
There is an additional 5 for hitting milestones on the plot. (Beta, p. 190)
An additional 1-2 for good roleplaying or clever ideas. (Beta, p. 190)
So… the RACW* range is from 10 (slow pace, off plot, ignoring motivations, not clever) to 37 (fast pace, 2 milestones, played motivations, had a clever idea or roleplayed well) with a nominal 20-22.
(Note that the paragraph in the update only replaces ONE sentence in the beta book's paragraph. So the rest of that is still in the rules as written.)
