Hello. I don't know where is more suitable place for this topic, so I'll ask it here.
I've submited a request about account conversion to organization type somwhere about 2 months ago. I've seen a warning about this could take over 48 hours, but over 2 months is kind a too far in my opinion. I've sent a request to FFG tech support and the only response was auto-email "Thank you for contacting us".
So… does this account conversion and organization support still works?
Is there any of FFG administration who reads this forums and can do or atleast say something about it?
