So it appears that the tentacles are still not right even after the latest FAQ….

It says that they have to move during their activation until they are within 3 spaces of their controlling figure.  The problem is that the controlling figures can move a whole heck of a lot faster than the tentacles.  So what to do if the LT declares a run and moves too far from the tentacles for them to catch up?  Should we "warp" them back to within 3 spaces and then end their activation?  Or just move as much as they can toward him but stop when they're out of MPs even if they are short of 3 spaces?  Something else?

There is no indication for "warping" the tentacs back to their owner if they are out of reach. I guess the tentacles simply have to move as close to their owner as they can.
