How long does it take to ship the playmats…

Ok, don't want to sound like the impatient prick here but I placed an order on the 23rd for 2 playmats.  I understand it was the weekend so no fuss here.

We're now the 29th and absolutely no news about my order, nothing, not even an email.  I wrote them on the 27th just to ask if everything was ok with the order, just to be sure but still no news.

Now, maybe they sold out the last mats when I placed my order or anything could happen but a simple 30 seconds email would be cool of them…

BTW, I didn't expect to get the mats in a week but to actuaklly process/ship them thats for sure.

Did you guys had to wait that long for a shipping notice?

Did you order them from FFG or did you order them from Dust-Models.com ? Dust-models has always be really fast to reply to my questions and they sent out an email as soon as my items shipped (took about a week) then it took a week to arrive here from Hong Kong.

Order them from FFG directly.  Most of the times it's really quick to ship but it's been a few times this year that I didn't get any notice for a long period of time considering it's a serious company…

I sent them an inquiry with the customer service from this site this afternoon so i'll wait.

From where did DM ship it?

I'm interested in the playmat but unfortunately the postage from the US to Europe is higher than the playmat itself. I already wrote DM an email asking if they send from Italy as it is listed as one of their location but they did not respond yet.

Well…we're the 3rd now and no effing news at all from FFG.  Not even a reply to my 27th email or my 29th email via their Customer Service.  No email notification, no feddback whatsoever.

I'm starting to get royally pissed at the situation and coming from FFG which I heard was great with their customer, i'm seriously doubting their skills in that area.

DM ships from Hong Kong, but their shipping prices don't change based on your location, and are generally quite reasonable.

Ordered mine June 15th and received them June 20th.  Never had a problem with them, sorry to hear you are.

Yeah it's f****** sad really.  I know i'm starting to sound like a whining eff but when you place an order on the 23rd and don't receive any updates at all, that's how I turn up…sorry.

Just sent another message through their CS page…last one was June 29th…still nothing.  Just for the show here's what I wrote, so some may laugh a bit at it or at me, don't care, i'm completely immune to virtual laughs.

 

Well, it's me again. I'm being an ass I know, but being left in the dark about a simple order that nobody cares make me an impatient ass. But don't worry, i'm keeping some Imodium near so no accident happens. But in the nest few days if I don't receive anything from your awesome Customer Service, i'm gonna explode like a big **** spray.

A little chronology about the events:

- June 23rd: Placed an order for 2 DT playmats. Order# 51675
- June 23rd: Received the usual "Order Received" email
***Nothing from there***
- June 27th: After having no news at all I sent an email to store@fantasyflightgames.com
***Still nothing from you, no news, no reply***
- June 29th: Sent another request through your Customer Service page. At that point I thought that a quick answer would come since I already sent something some days ago, but hey, i'm an optimistic…
- July 4rd: Here I am again! Hi, how are you? Anything more than nothing for me?

Thanks for showing me, a customer like many others, your awesome service on which you build your nice reputation!!!!!!

LOL they're the best!

Just received an email saying that they recently received (recently…) my order and that the shipping cost should be $33 instead of $20 like it showed on my order and they want me to pay the extra bucks for shipping it…

They wait 10 week days and 3 emails to send me this!?

I love them!

Anyways, I cancelled my order and i'm done with them.

Prolly those are the same guys that didn't add reload on Nikita and CC weapons on Comissars. They must have some trolls there in FFG…

I don't say they're trolls I just say that for this order, they effed up their reputation for me.

It's one thing to have wrong shipping price and I wouldn' have mind if they replied in the few days after I ordered the mats but they didn't shown any sign of interest in 10 week days…didn't even bothered to reply to one email…and they end up telling me "they just received my order" and that finally it would cost $13 more…

Tell me that it'll cost me $13 more in a timely manner, quick enough for a serious company that cares about ALL it's customers and i'd have kept my order and the good words I had for them.

They didn't show my any sign that they cared or did everything in their power to help me by going dark.
