Like in the Topic, I will be greatful if someone write here some build. I mean :

- What skills/talents are most important for Tactical

* What buy first and why?

- How to play using Talents

*Is it important to always share your Squad mode Ability ? Or use always Solo Mode. What is the best for the tactical. Please for example

I don't know what kind of questions write… i think you know what to write :D

I hate to say it, but the answers to those questions entirely depends on what you want your tactical marine to be able to do. I've seen tac marines specialised in shooting, melee, stealth and social skills and combinations of the above.

Perhaps have a think about your character's history and personality to see if those give you ideas about what you want him to be good at.

Still thinking about combinations for my Tac but i created this topic for the veterans who played a lot of time Tactical Marine so can share their experience in writing what is the best for Tactician. It can be even Stealth Melee Tac But…if you asking i prefer Shooting

There's a lot of opinions on "best build" and with Tactical Marine it's even more cut and dried… but in the interests of promoting interesting and varied gaming, I'd suggest buying what seems like the most characterful choice at the time for your character - don't just play the numbers game.

If you insist on having the best build - get a Storm Bolter as soon as you hit respected as signature wargear, make sure you take Bolter Mastery (or expertise or whatever it's called), play an Ultramarine and take Tyrannic War Veteran at starting rank to get the free chainsword and hellfire rounds.

And what about Dark Angel ? He has a great skills (in Solo Mode and Squad mode ) and i think he is also good for Tactical marine. I am still thining about Bolter Mastery or Tactical Expertise for him.

Is playing a Dark Angel something that appeals to you? If so, it's the right build.

Tactical Marines don't have Command on their Specialty Advance Table, even though arguably it's one of the more critical skills for them, especially since they're the most well-rounded team leaders.

I homebrewed a fix to this but it seemed like an awful oversight.

Tactical Expertise is good until everyone buys Forging the Bond, and then it's only good until you can get Cohesion costs down with rank or other shenanigans like Oath of the Wolf King.

That's the truth of it. The TacMarine in my game took Tactical Expertise over Bolter Mastery. It was pretty useful for the first half of the campaign, but as soon as I made Brothers of the Blood (or whatever that Distinction's called) available, everybody bought it, making Tac Expertise wasted space.

Tact Marines are able to take on a wide range of roles.  So it really depends on what your team needs.  They also work great as field commander NPC's when the kill teams are at lower levels.  It really is in what you want to do with him.

In fairness, if you're not a Wolf Scout, you pretty much want to be in Squad Mode at all times if possible.

You'd think so, if not for the utter lack of Command advancement.

They do start with Command, every other specialty must use their only Deed to gain Command at rank one. Otherwise they wait until Rank 3 [give or take.] I don't think they have it as an advancement in their tables because FFG may not have wanted them to be the one and only command choice. This is supported [twice] by the command Deeds.
