No reply from Customer Service about missing package

I hate posting this here, but I've contacted customer service TWICE now over the last week, and I've received no response from them.

I ordered four sets of the new expansion for me and my friends. They have not arrived and it's been nearly two months. Could I possibly get a little bit of love in terms of responding to my emails?

Update: I received a response from customer service. Apparently the gentleman my messages had been forwarded to was on vacation. As far as I'm now concerned, this issue is closed. Thanks for the response, FFG!
