First off, I really love the game! But I'm one of the unlucky ones with a miscut board. I have send an email requesting a replacement a week ago, including some photo's of how the board looks and my proof of purchase token.
But no reply yet, so now I'm wondering what your experience is with the customer support of FFG? Will they just sent me a replacement without conformation?
Anyways I still think the game is amazing just plays a bit awkward with a crooked board
