FFG Customer support.... New FFG fan 4 Life.

Hello community,

I just wanted to share with FFG how happy I am with thier level of customer support.

I recently purchased a game of Twilight Imperium and it was missing a single red card form the technology deck.

I contacted FFG right before Christmas and recived my card today.

I have several FFG games and this was the first time i had an issue with any of them,

 

WIth customer service like what i just recived all i can say is Thank you , You made a customer for Life.

Yes, even here in Germany FFG is very well known. To my shame I have to say I know FFG since The Elder Sign but it seems everyone else in my fantasy shop konws them. Since we are playing Blood Bowl Team Manager I fell in love with FFG...
