Can runewars be played 2 Vs 2 so that if tow allied players controls a total of 6 runes win the war??

and to make it more difficult we start with 2 dragon runes one true and one false.

No, Runewars has no "team mode" included in the ruleset, but you can make your own house rule if you want. If you do, I would recommand that a single team should have a total of at least 10 or even 11 dragon runes to win the game (if each players start with 2 dragon runes and 1 fake rune, like in a standard game).

Technically there are no rules for this sort of 2v2 play.  Of course, technically, there's nothing that says you MUST attack all three other players in a 4 player game.  If you and your buddies agree to work in teams of two, there's not much in the rules to stop you.

If you want to go into house rules about it, that's your prerogative, of course.  I think the idea of upping the number of runes needed for victory is a good start.
