Austrian Nationals

 

26-28. June 09

as usually we are organizing a 3days event. 20+ players are expected from several countries - there used to be players from gemany, czech republic and hungary as well.

the location is the famous Gamers Farm in Hallwang (near Salzburg). bring your sleeping bag and lodging is for free.

its not only playing AGOT that makes this weekend a special one: barbecue in the evening, playing other games all thru the night, meeting with artist Franz Miklis, visiting Salzburg, ...

 

the tourney program:

Friday evening 5.00 pm:

Draft Tourney (5 booster for 13 euro - a mixture from ITE/AHOTH/AHOTH/5KE, which will be decided upon on site)

 

Saturday, 12.00 am

Nationals Tourney: Standard Joust

(standard means, cards are legal from ITE, Legacy pack, AHOTh, AHOTa, 5KE, Coreset, all Chapter packs incl. Scattered Armies, promo cards starting with P14 (Take the White).
banned cards: Jaqen H´ghar, The Gathering)

fee: 15 euro

5 rounds + top 8 finals

prizes: lots of AGOT goodies + original artwork by Franz Miklis

 

Saturday 8.00 pm:

Multiplayer 2 vs 2 Tourney (Standard)

 

Sunday, 10.30 am:

LCG joust tourney

note, that the players for the 2 vs 2 tourney on saturday evening are NOT chosen randomly. so 2 players may prepare their decks together in advance.

as soon as a team has 30 power, it wins the game.


i am curious about all those nasty deck ideas people will be coming up with ...
