Interesting... and how strange (and intriguing) that they left out the true way to win the game by the rules... use the Crown to slaughter all other adventurers in the Land.

My favorite is the 3D game board. I watch that and feel like I could visit there. Making one would be fun as well.

My Favorite is also the 3th edition.

But  if FFG will go on with Producing the other Regions, Dragon Tower with Dragon expansion, then i think that 4th edtion will become my favorite then..

It would be nice if someone can make a really cool movie from Talisman. Sort of a trailer but better than the Black Gate version

To add something to this topic...

If i look to the little introduction trailer on the FFG site of Talisman, I must say that it is really short if you compare it to the Arkham Horror introduction movie

The Introduction of Arkham Horror looks almost like a real movie

Off course, this are small things.....

If Black Industries can make a trailer, then FFG can do this too ! Or maybe not..

This brings back haunting memories of when I was madly anticipating the Talisman video game. Even that fifteen second trailer looked awesome.

That's all very nice but I prefer for FFG to work on expansions for talisman instead of presentation movies

Enough said!

Cheer

Hi Feldrik,

You mean the movie from the second link..

It's indeed a very nice 3D board.

It takes a lot of work to make something like that

But i am already happy with my normal board haha

Greetings,

Velhart

I still absolutely LOVE this 3D board video. I've probably watched it over 30 times over the last year or so and it still gives me chills watching it. Something about seeing the land of Talisman come to life in 3 dimensions is just awesome. That video even made me buy the Enya CD for the songs playing in the vid because they feel like they fit the feel of Talisman.

The sunday gaming videos are hilarious. The one guy gets toaded, the other guy dies two times in a row. It's funny to see new players run into the dungeon right away and draw the strength 10 battle colossus.

I wish more people would film Talisman games and post them.

Yes, the Sunday Gaming videos are really cool. Even though they make a couple of errors in the interpretation of the rules it doesn't matter at all as they seem to have had a great deal of fun!

That's one of the beauties of Talisman, play your own game and have fun!!

However, one word of warning. When playing Talisman with a tattoo artist, it would not be the done thing to p*ss him off, or you might wake up with a Bag of Gold on your forehead!

Sometimes I even update the Talisman Island Facebook Page!
