Wow- that really makes me ache for the place we used to have around here, "Murphy's Loft". It was an old barn retro-fitted into a used bokstore without any regard to zoning laws or building codes. Their Sci-Fi section was unbelievable, with full runs of magazines going back to the 40s! Can't seem to find another place like it in NJ :-(

I should also mention that our place is a 30 minute drive from Dunwich. We're living the life out here in Amherst, MA.

I did! Grad school has lured me out to Lovecraft Country. The weather's a little nastier but the drivers are a hair less dumb.

Tibs,

Good for you! My brother's girlfriend hails from Randolph, VT. We spent 4th of July with her family last year - it's absolutely beautiful.

Though, to be clear, Tibs, you only found out this after taking the wrong fork at the junction of the Aylesbury pike just beyond Dean's Corners?
