I recently started playing WFRP 2nd edition, my character is a tradesman/crafter but I've been striggling to find how the crafting system works as it isn't clearly outline in the rule books.
If somepne know where I can find a clearly outline copy could they provide me a link, additionally it would be oof great help if someone could provide me with a full liat of the acedemic, common & arcane knowedges and how they relate to each tradeskill or other tasls within the game.

For 3rd Edition The Blackfire Pass book, think its called Book of Grudges. Gave a section on how crafting works, cost etc. Mainly weapons and armour though, I think.

There aren't any crafting rules in v2 aside from Potions and Runes in RoS, but if you're open to using fan material, Dan White wrote rules for Trades:

For Academic Knowledge skills, Liber Fanatica IV: The Academic's Handbook discusses Academic Knowledge, Interdiscplinary skills and Library Research:

Thank your for your advice.
I will admit that the libre fanatica is extremely useful I will probably also look into the v3 rules and with the support of the GM come up with a suitable compromise as there are only limited actual rules and come up with some suitable basis.
