Fat gobelin locked doors

Hi all,

 

In the "Fat gobelin" quest, act 2, the 3 doors in the dugeon are su;posed to be locked.  We were not able to determine what is the difference between a locked door and an unlock door for this quest.

 

The manual says that the quest guide says what append but allas, nothing for this quest.

 

We ended up playing as if normal doors.

 

What does locked doors do in this quest?

Hi Guys

 

Have played the quest today and the Map Key states that Yellow coloured doors (as per the map (to the fat Gblin encouter) are just doors (assumed open, not locked) as Red Doors in the Map Key are defined as locked. Also unless im blind (it has been said) no where could i see andy script in the text saying the doors are locked and ive read it twice!

Roxxy is correct. The doors are not locked and can be opened with an 'open door' action. There is no key or special object token required to open them.

If you are using the French version, the key illustration on p. 2 of the quest book inverts locked and unlocked doors.
This is an error which has been corrrected in the recent reprint of the game.
Yellow doors are unlocked.
