Im having some troubles with a player here, and i dont let my players go above 13 with out inhumanity on Non-Physical Stats, but he still complains about

the fact that in the book it doesnt states the fact of a limit for Non-Physical Stats, he say that the fact of being able to use magic or Psy powers make him

actually not human, but i tell him that still he is a human and human brains has a limit on how much the brain can resist, yes mabye Eintein, Sheldon

Cooper and Hawking have inhuman intelligence but not physicaly strong, but still its like in the movie "Chronicles" The more you try, the stronger your

brain will get, but still… Some help plz.

The closest you are going to get is on page 9 of the core book, but even that doesnt say specifically what values a human can achieve in the non-physical characteristics. My advice would be to shift the vaules slightly, so that without either Inhumanity or Zen they can reach 13 in non-physical characteristics, with Inhumanity they can reach 14-15, and with Zen they can reach values over 15. Thats how I work non-physical characteristics.

As for the player trying to tell you that their character already counts as inhuman just bacause they can use magic or psychich powers, my advise is to find something large and heavy, then proceed to beat them accross the head with it a few times.

I agree with Back-Fox. If your player is trying to take unfair advantage of his character, make sure that he understands that there will be consequences.

Page 15 also notes the restrictions under the "Common Advantages" heading.  The Add One Point to a Characteristic advantage notes the restriction of Strength, Dexterity, Agility, and Constitution cannot be increased to more than 11 and that Intelligence, Power, Willpower and Perception cannot be increased to more than 13.
