Hmmmm...does anyone know for sure if the modifications will apply to all factions or just S&V? For the Y-Wing, do we know for sure if the rebels will be able to use the stuff that comes in Most Wanted?

I think people would be a little disappointed if the Y-Wing mod/title is scum only, and certianly the new turret as well.

As for the BTL card:

I agree that it probably locks the turret forward, and my bet is that it allows you to perform a second attack with your primary weapon.

That would probably be a little abusive. Five attacks with an ion cannon turret. Maybe it reduces the point cost for turrets by taking away the 360 firing arc?

Hardly abusive.  Current turrets don't exactly do much damage. . . plus it's a 3 attack then a 2 attack, which is very different from a single 5 attack.

It all depends on cost, and the Y-wing isn't exactly a stellar dogfighter that can keep enemies in arc easily.

While I've always sort of secretly hoped for a crew seat on the Y-Wing, the Recon Specialist R5-P9 combo might make them hesitant to give us that modification (unless, of course, it also removed the Astromech slot).

With that in mind, a double-shot with a forward facing turret sounds like fun. And will make R2s even more important for the Y-Wing, since it'll be more of a standard dogfighter with that load out.

There doesn't seem to be any room on the turret/modification cards for anything like "Scum only", so I'm glad they'll be usable by the Rebel Y-Wings as well.

Rebel: 2x A-Wing, 2x B-Wing, 2x E-Wing, 2x HWK-290, 4x X-Wing, 2x Y-Wing, 1x YT-1300, 2x Z-95 Headhunter

Imperial: 1x Firespray-31, 1x Lambda Shuttle, 2x TIE Defender, 6x TIE Fighter, 1x TIE Advanced, 2x TIE Bomber, 6x TIE Interceptor, 2x TIE Phantom

Autoblaster turret might also be amazing for the HWK.

The only thing the Most wanted pack will so for the rebels, ywing or not, is further prove that they are SCUM of the lowest order.

I wouldn't exactly take the text on the cards in the product fans to be the final text. Check out this:

Here is the preview image of the M3-A title:

heavy-scyk.png

And here is the same card in the fan:

M3-A-product-shot.png

If you look closely the italicized text reads "Scyk Fighter Only. Title." A little different from the previewed card by itself eh. So I seems the cards in the fan could certainly be in prototype form with text still to be finalized.

My wild guess is that the Y-wing title in "Most Wanted" will replace the turret upgrade slot with a cannon upgrade slot. This would give nice options and needed forward arc firepower for the Y-wing with the new cannons upcoming in wave 6, while keeping things balanced. If this is the case, title card could probably cost "0" points.

I don't see that, from the card text it doesn't look to contain the 2 upgrade icons. it looks like a set of restrictions / extra triggers on attacks or something similar.

The BTL I'm pretty sure is the BTL-S3. That is the 2 man version. BTW the BTL-A4 doesn't have its turret locked in forward position, most pilots choose to have it in a locked position. Technically the normal Y-wing we fly is the A-4

The normal Y-wing we fly has a turret, while the A4 has a fixed emplacement. We typically fly the BTL-S3 (as do most Rebel Y-wing pilots).

Wild speculation but could it be that the 4 "Astromechs" outlined in yellow could in fact be Astro Crew cards similar to that of the current R2-D2 Crew card.

the Greedo and other crew card are there and on the other side of the yellow block there are 2 more cards "K4 .... & Outu...(the one with the Jawa on it) that are also likely to be crew cards.

Remember if the the Y-Wing upgrade allows Crew this set then has to have enough crew cards for the Y-Wing, HWK & the firespray so 8 Crew cards isnt unreasonable for effectively 3 ships.

There are only three Crew cards.  The article says the set includes "a trio of Scum only crew members that includes the infamous Rodian bounty hunter,Greedo."

It seems to just be Greedo, the K4 Security Droid, and the Outlaw Tech.
