This weekend, July 12 and 13, in St. Petersburg, Russia, at the event Starcon (http://starcon.pro/) was presented the big X-Wing!

Ok im Jealous

My lists are based on optimisim and my strategy is luck. Green dice are the enemy but I always flying casual

always thought it would be cool to use the 1/72 fine molds starwars models and play out side... would get expensive as the falcon costs like 200 bucks!!!

I think this would be cool for special events, I saw one like this for attack wing and they had large dice as well.

They stole my idea!  Seriously, at my 4th of July barbeque I was talking to some buddies about doing the very same thing.  Good for them, this looks awesome!

A guy at our LGS did that a year ago...we played outside the store on the side yard. It was pretty fun to use large ships. He made templates out of cardboard that did a good approximation of the normal templates.
