As topic says, is the game night kit only available for retailers?

When will they be available to the public? Looks like a fun game that I would like to buy for myself and my gaming group!

FFG said previously that they will make the game night kits available through Print On Demand. However, they have not announced when the POD kits will be released. It has been speculated that they will release the 2013 Forgotten Souls kit in the winter. If that is the case, then we can assume that every year FFG will release the previous year's kit via POD.

The full kits, with the acrylic tokens, special dice, and other prizes, are available only to retailers. The POD kits will include all of the rules, quest book, cards, etc. but none of the other special bits and pieces.

Sadly, this means the full kits available only to retailers will also start showing up on eBay for $100.00 + like the last ones. I don't understand why they won't sell directly to the fan base that wants them, unless they just aren't interested in producing a larger amount of the dice and tokens that come with the kits.

I don't even have a hobby shop within 100 miles that would even get one of these kits anyway, so the chances of ever seeing one are rare.

The POD stuff will be fine for me, as long as it has all the important stuff (cards, rules, and quest information).  The dice and tokens are just fluff (as cool as they may be).
