If a psyker used a power like Biomanyc's: Cellular Control; too become immune to fatigue, would a blank make that power turn off by coming near? If so, is there anyway I can prevent this?

If you are in the range of an untouchable then none of your psychic powers would work. The only way I can think of to get around this would be if you could have the blank wear a limiter. In the Ravenor series, Inquisitor Ravenor had his blank wear a device called a limiter that stopped his untouchable nature from interferring with psychic powers while it was on. I don;t know if there is anything in the rules for this though. You might have to house rule it.

The other trick is to use powers that indirectly target the blank. For example. You can't blast a Blank with bio-lightning, nor make his blood boil in his veins. Really, there's very little a biomancer can do to fight a blank.

However, a telekinetic could use Fling to throw things from OUTSIDE the Blank's realm of influence at him. Or a telepath could control the Blank's teammates to shoot at him from outside his range.

Be creative, Blank's are powerful enemies for a psyker but not undefeatable.

Well, it's difficult. At least by the "Radical Handbook",

As this power require to be Sustained, psyker should channel his psychic power all the time it works. So yes, blank SHOULD turn it off. But blanks (not mean Omega-minus), as rules say, don't turn powers off, but increase threshold.

So, if I meet this situation in game, I'll make the psyker to roll activation check at once (not in 10th rounds), with new threshold, with this rules:

Every 10 Rounds a power is active, the Psyker must make a Power Roll to maintain it—just as if he were rolling to manifest it. Unlike a normal Power Roll, this is performed as a Free Action at the start of the Psyker’s Turn and cannot invoke either Psychic Phenomena or the Perils of the Warp. (Core Rulebook, p. 164), and don't forget you have -4 to power rolls just for sustaining power.

Really, there's very little a biomancer can do to fight a blank.

Well... invoke Hammerhand or Shape Flesh and just torn blank to pieces?..

I was under the assumption Shape Flesh or Hammerhand would "deactivate" once you entered a Blank's range.

As I said earlier, blanks don't autoblock any power in their range. If we takes "Radical Handbook" rules for blanks, they just give you +10 threshold on all power use. They are not Culexuses, after all.

Psychic  Disruption: All  Psychic  Powers  and  abilities manifested in the character’s immediate area (a radius equal to the Untouchable’s Willpower Bonus in metres) have their Threshold increased by 10, plus any associated Test by the psyker (such as Willpower Tests) have their Difficulty increased by –20. Additionally, entities subject to Warp Instability will suffer double Damage from its effects while in this area.

If we looks into Rogue Trader rules, then blanks "just" reduce Psy Rating to everybody in the aura:

Psychic Disruption:All Psychic Powers manifested within a radius equal to the Untouchable’s Willpower Bonus in metres reduce their effective Psy Rating by the level of the Untouchable Trait (X). Additionally, creatures subject to Warp Instability suffer double Damage from its effects while in this area.

...but you have an option to become Omega-minus (as Culexuses are) for 1200 starting exp, and deactivate everything in your aura.

I'm trying to do my own compendium about psykers now, so I looked into related books recently. :)

To be honest by system I just using RT system with DH rules for access new powers and forbidden "fettered" casts, and it's not complain me much. That system work for me and my fellow players.

I want to write something about psyker life in Imperium. Something about "Lathe Worlds for Psykers".

I was just shocked when I saw that even "Disciples of the Dark Gods" don't show me any specific psyker cult (there is Psykana Obscura, but it's not a cult, it's some rules!), and only one psychic adversary who is defined by her psychic talent.

Thanks guys, its not so much as I am trying to kill him, me and him are acolytes and I am trying to find a way I wouldnt fall unconcious from touching him. (TB of 5 helps but its a 1d5 for touching him) A) Because he threatens too do it B) I had to save his life a few times and touching him was not good for my char, we're stranded on a planet in the warp, so much chaos its crazy, also so he doesn't eff with my powers, thanks for all the feedback.
