I've got my laptop handy and my Kindle Fire HDX as well.  I do enjoy game centerpieces.  I made the Tescerat/Holcron project from earlier in the thread.  Ridiculously easy and looks great.

Took another shot. This time doing something from Dangerous Covenants: The DHX Heavy Blaster Rifle:

I'm happier with this than the last pistol I made.

Now to try something more complex. Here's my shot at the VX Sidewinder Repeating Blaster:

This one was a bit trickier to put together, but was done within the app.

That one is really well done.  Lots of trial and error I would think to get the correct pieces overlapping and covering each other up.

Indeed. There's also several basic shapes that are white sitting at an appropriate place in the order to cover over unneeded parts. I'd like to do the E-11s, but that one I may have to use photoshop to extend the barrel rather than the app itself. The stock will also be a bit of a challenge.

Any requests for either 25P1 or myself?

Very nicely done. Glad to see you enjoyed making one as well. :)

Also here's a Heavy Blaster Pistol design I can up with.

Edit: Here's some cool Blaster Rifles I came up with as well.

So my players escaped from Coruscant by the skin of their teeth today. In honor of their accomplishment I've decided to make each one of them their own wanted posters. Here's the first one I've finished. Please note that two of my characters are playing Sam and Mordecai Wynn AKA Dean and Sam Winchester.

CaJyzJg.jpg

For those not wanting to have to translate it, it says:

Wanted
By Proclamation of
His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Palpatine
50,000 Credit Reward
Paid for the capture of Mordecai Wynn
Crimes Include: Murder of Imperial Government personnel, Transportation, of stolen goods, Aiding and abetting criminal activity, Breaking into an Imperial Installation, and Jamming official communications.

IOCI-Licensed hunters only.
Inquire with the Imperial office of criminal investigation for further details.

Also the text on the board he's holding up says:

81A3827
Mos Espa
City Police
Mos Espa Tat.

This is to reflect that him and his brother both took the criminal obligation so they have a previous record.

So I made this for when my players will be going inside of some ancient tombs hunting down some lost artifacts.

I wonder what other types we can come up with. Might it be worthwhile to create a whole new thread on this?

Check the PMG Flickr pool at https://www.flickr.c...oups/pimpmygun/

I'm sure there are others out there who've done the same for Star Wars blasters.  We just have to go looking for them.

Unless stated otherwise, these are just my personal opinions about how I feel things should work.  Even if I quote chapter and verse of a particular rulebook, only the part that's quoted is likely to actually be official.  Each GM will have to decide for themselves what rules they will use and which ones they won't, and how they will interpret the rules they do use.  That is their right -- and their responsibility.

You can also use the Flickr HiveMind tool.  See http://flickrhivemin...=1&tag_mode=all as one example.

Nice. Good resource to see how others have used these. You can do a tag search and find both "plasma" and "Sci-fi" as part of it. Some neat creative uses.
